Identifying the actors involved can help to gain a more complete picture of a project, the roles of the different stakeholders, and what options are available for engagement and advocacy. Crucially, once you know which actors are involved in a project, you will also be able to identify what points of leverage may exist and what environmental and social policies or commitments may apply.
